Chris Santell

Chris adds spark to the dental office with her friendly and enthusiastic attitude. She has 14 years of experience as a Licensed Dental Assistant and earned her degree at Minnesota School of Business.  She enjoys learning more about dental technology and giving quality patient care from the beginning of the treatment to the very end. While away from the dental office, Chris likes to travel and enjoys four-wheeling, snowmobiling and spending time with her husband and son, Jake. 

Stacey Vartmann

Stacey is a Registered Dental Hygienist that brings a variety of skills to our office. She has 6 ½ years of dental hygiene experience and has specialized in the CEREC technology for the last 4 years, making same day crowns at Miller Hill Dental a success. Stacey values creating positive, long lasting relationships with each of her patients. In her free time Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, and her daughter, Grace.

Shylo Eckstrom

Shylo is a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from Lake Superior College in 2008.  She has had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of office settings from community dental clinics to non-profit organizations.  Shylo prides herself on developing positive relationships with patients and her zest to continue learning.  With her friendly personality and caring touch, she keeps her patients at ease with their treatments.  In her free time, Shylo likes to bow hunt, fish, travel, read, watch movies and dance with her kids.

Rebecca Rashid

Rebecca brings more than 13 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist and enhances the team with her compassionate, gentle and nurturing touch.  She received her Dental Hygiene degree in Rochester, MN at the Riverland Technical School.  She excels in treatment planning and guides patients with the best care that fits their current and future lifestyle.  She takes a great pride in her work and has enjoyed getting to know the patients at Miller Hill Dental over the years. Rebecca spends time with her husband, John and three children, Jack, James and Regan, usually attending her children’s many sporting events. When she has a free moment to herself, Rebecca enjoys reading.

Kris Dahl

Much of what Kris does is behind the scenes – from decorating, to accounting, to managing the team – she is an essential component to ensure the five-star service patients count on. Kris has over 20 years of dental experience and enhances each patient’s experience with her warm and charismatic personality while welcoming patients who walk into the door as the Office Manager. Kris is passionate about getting to know each patient she meets and sees them as a unique individual.  With her creativity always stirring, you never know what art project or big idea she will concoct next. 

Crissy Henke

With Crissy’s vast knowledge and background of more than ten years of experience in the administrative side of dentistry, she is to the go-to person for all your treatment planning, insurance and financing questions. Crissy is our Treatment Coordinator and has an extensive knowledge of the dental insurance system. Crissy takes the extra step to personally research each patient’s dental insurance to provide you with the best information possible when dealing with your insurance companies. Crissy is passionate about helping patients get the most from their dental benefits and receive the reimbursement they deserve; therefore, she will coordinate your appointments to ensure treatment is received in a timely manner.  Crissy stays busy attending and cheering for her daughter, Lexi, at volleyball games, and spending time with their family dog, Molly.
